Hey,
It's normal to feel stuck sometimes and not know what else to do, because you're trying everything: calls, follow ups, door knocking, cold calling.
You're doing everything you're supposed to do, and your production still isn't growing at the pace it should.
Cyrus set a goal of $10 million in his first year in real estate. He closed $30 million.
Today I'm revealing the exact schedule he used, hour by hour, and the real reason it worked for him when the same schedule wouldn't work the same way for most agents:
The four block schedule he repeated every single day, with zero exceptions, for his entire first year
The mistake almost every experienced agent makes, and it's costing you half your production without you noticing
Why he built 12 businesses by scaling one at a time, never several at once
— Andrew

STEP 1: The schedule: 4 blocks, every day, no exceptions
Once you already have experience, it's easy to fill your week with more activities: new platforms, new marketing ideas, new experiments.
The problem is nothing turns into a results machine because nothing gets repeated enough.
Her format is short, no fixed categories like "what to do this weekend in town."
That's what lets her write even a short paragraph about a client problem and how she solved it, and stay consistent even on the days she doesn't feel like doing anything.
STEP 2: The ABC Syndrome: why you're producing less even though you're working just as hard
Cyrus names this because he sees it in almost every agent he works with, even the ones already producing well. You've got task A, B, and C. Inside each one there are subtasks: 1, 2, 3.
You go into task A, complete subtasks 1 and 2, and jump to B because you're excited or something urgent came up. You complete subtask 1 of B, jump to C. You complete 1 and 2 of C. The day ends, you were busy the whole time, but you finished absolutely nothing from start to end.
STEP 3: He built production by scaling one thing at a time, not ten things at once
When people look at Cyrus's 12 businesses today, they assume they can replicate it by starting several projects at once. But he built his brokerage first, made it sustainable and profitable, and only then asked himself how to add the next piece.
What you should do today: identify the single production source that's costing you the most right now (calls, referrals, social media, whatever it is) and give it your full energy this week before adding a new tactic.
THE CLOSE
Production goes up when you execute one thing completely, not when your activity is scattered across ten different fronts.
Take today's list, pick one single task, and don't let go of it until it's finished. That's the habit behind the $30M.
